Matrunita exports 90% of organic honey and 10% of conventional honey. The Brazilian Northeast is responsible for producing 100% of organic honey. Coming from the states of Alagoas, Bahia, Ceará, Maranhão, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Piauí, Rio Grande do Norte and Sergipe, the honey exported by Matrunita has the necessary certifications for the international market to purchase with peace of mind and trust. The certifications that Matrunita has prove the degree of professionalism and dedication to maintain and offer a product that has the quality that the international market demands. This in turn shows responsibility the company has in being one of the largest exporters of honey in the world.

Among the certifications that Matrunita has, we can highlight:

JAS

JAS- The JAS Organic seal is the Japanese seal accredited by the Japanese Department of Agriculture. This seal aims to develop, maintain and expand access for products from diverse countries to the Japanese market.

IFOAM

IFOAM - International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements.

NOP

NOP - NOP certified customers can also be certified under the terms of the US-Canada equivalence agreement. In this case the use of both the USDA Organic and Canada Organic labels would be possible and these products can be traded in the USA and Canada.

SOIL

SOIL ASSOCIATION CERTIFICATION - This non-profit Soil Business Association inspects and awards Organic Certificates to companies that meet established organic standards. Any product sold as "organic" must meet strict rules set out in the UK, European and International space. These rules reassure consumers that they are buying genuinely organic products, which can be identified with their producer.

IBD ORGANIC

IBD ORGANIC - The Organic IBD seal has two characteristics. When registering with IBD you must specify for which standard you wish to be certified.

ORGANIC PRODUCT BRAZIL

PRODUCT ORGANIC BRAZIL - Meets all organic certifications made by IBD Certifications in the domestic market and is used in conjunction with the seal of organic products from Brazil.

USDA ORGANIC

USDA ORGANIC - Meets all certifications made for the North American Market (USA), and IBD is accredited with the adoption of USDA/NOP standards, and only these are valid.

UE ORGÂNICO

It complies with all certifications for the European (EU) market, and the IBD is accredited to meet all EU/Organic Regulation standards.

KRAV

KRAV certification is an organization that sets strict requirements to guarantee organic production. Although it is of Swedish origin and very prominent in Sweden, its recognition has spread beyond Swedish borders, especially in Northern European countries.

BIO SUÍSSE

The “BIO SUÍSSE” organic certification is a Swiss label that guarantees that agricultural and food products comply with Swiss organic standards. Its quality seal is one of the strictest in Europe.
